Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants and bars and the trains and buses leave from and main centre. I booked modern and fashionable room with a washing machine as well as good kitchenette.

The rooms were fashionable and brand-new, with aircon. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were a nice touch.

It had marvellous location easy walk to The Tower Mill. Pleasant staff, gave a lot of information.

We were delighted by the warm and friendly welcome we received at Great Accommodation Close to the City. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was cozy and clean, complete with fresh towels. The location was perfect, close to the city and Chinatown, as well as public transport. We especially loved the spacious living area and the two balconies, where we could relax and enjoy beautiful views. The air-conditioning provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the gardens and pool area were well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for more saucepans in the kitchen and some stairs that may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility issues, we would definitely recommend this accommodation to others. it was a pleasant experience and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The location near the top of a Brisbane hill next to Roma Parklands is a short climb from the river-side business district, but I routinely always walked to/from the Conference Center as a nice way to begin and end each day. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The owners are very cheerful and helpful, and eager to provide useful information.

One needs to pay for Internet provided by an outside service, which had a rather slow bandwidth. It would be nice if the apartment complex would provide restocking of simple tea bags and milk for people staying for only a week.

The staff were competent and efficient and our room was excellent sized with a queen or king size bed in the master suite, a washing machine plus dish washer. Also, location was good, just a short walk away from a scenic park.

Centrally located, fully self-contained apartment, excellent service, great view, close to amenities and transportation, equipped kitchen and laundry.

The location is great, only 10 minute (exactly) walk to city central. If you choose not to walk, there is a round trip route bus available close by. Taxi fare is minimal. If you did not want to go to city, only a short 5 minute walk to other amenities. Has a great relaxing feel to it. I would highly recommend.

We loved this hotel's location in this city, it was close to everything we wanted to visit such as the Central Station and Albert Park botanical garden. The hotel's facilities and cleanliness impressed us, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Moreover, the parking was easy to access and secure.

Well managed with friendly and very helpful Managers - Bo and Yong. I liked the location as it is close to the CBD but tucked away in a quiet little pocket.

Lots of steps either outside on the property or some apartments are two level. Not for the elderley or infirm.

Close to St Andrew's Hospital Lounge/Sofa was comfortable

TV was very small for the room and everytime you selected a chanel you had to punch in a security code. Not warned about this and when when back down to Hotel Reception got the reply that they did know about that but didn't know how to fix it code was default 0000. If I had of discovered this after the office closed I don't think I would have been viewing TV for the evening. As I was staying by myself while my husband was in hospital accross the road this would have really peeved me off and upset my whole stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock - haven't these people come into the current decade with matress toppers to solve those problems as most establishment have. Bathroom shower area in bathtub enclosure needed some domestic bleach to kill the mould between the shower screen and the fixed glass panel - could be done fitted a knive edge into the space. Also grout in shower area had mould. Single bedroom apartment overpriced on the night $255.00 jacked up because of Coldplay concert. (We weren't all going to that) some of us had much more simple problems.

The location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring the city. It was just a short walk to the heart of the city, and the secure parking included in the rate was a bonus. The accommodations were equipped with useful facilities like a kitchenette, laundry, and a balcony that offered a nice view.

The accommodations showed signs of aging and would benefit from some renovation. The furniture and appliances were dated, and the lack of elevator made lugging our suitcases up the stairs a bit of a hassle.
